14. Product recertification period
• Recertification every 1 year: 230 models (products produced after July 2020) / Class A
• Recertification every 2 years: 220 models (products produced before June 2020) / Class C
• Most of the products classified as Class C can be updated to Class A through the next periodic recertification, but products updated to Class A are subject to the Class A recertification program.
• 220CR model cannot be updated to Class A, and trade-in sales are available when the purchaser of this product replaces it with Class A.

-PERFECT DESCENT Auto-Belay recertification
1. This is a management program by the manufacturer to keep and operate the Auto Belay at least safely.
2. All Autovilays are obligated to re-certify every 1-2 years from the time they are supplied from the manufacturer.
• Recertification every 1 year: 230 models (products produced after July 2020) / Class A
• Recertification every 2 years: 220 models (products produced before June 2020) / Class C
• Most of the products classified as Class C can be updated to Class A through the next periodic recertification, but products updated to Class A are subject to the Class A recertification program.
• 220CR model cannot be updated to Class A, and trade-in sales are available when the purchaser of this product replaces it with Class A.
3. If there are no mechanical defects in the supplied product for two years from the date of use or 30 months from the date of manufacture (whichever comes earlier), the product is considered to be free of defects.
4. Even within the recertification period, you must get A/S when you suspect a mechanical defect.
5. The lanyard is a consumable part, so the replacement time may vary depending on the frequency of use and the environment of use, so check it frequently and replace it immediately if wear or damage is severe.
6. All A/S and recertification must be done within the service center.
7. In the case of recertification by the official A/S center, costs may be added depending on the certification fee and webbing replacement and other parts replacement during the certification process.
